Cool waterfall. Short hike, going down to the falls. You can see the upper section (very slippery), on the trail you can see the whole waterfall then the trail leads on to the small water hole.
Best falls on the trace better than Jackson falls in my opinion.
Very short but beautiful hike, especially during late spring, summer and fall, when the trees are full. I’ve never been when the waterfalls were full, so imagine you would have to visit after heavy and plentiful rains if that’s what you want to see. The overlook is very close to the parking area, as are the two waterfalls. The hike/walk is quite easy; I’ve done it three times, most recently barefoot while front carrying an infant.
Awesome waterfall for such a short little hike. It has some really slick and steep parts off the trail.
